Pic! McGregor Looks Like World-Beater Heading Into UFC 257

Conor McGregor is just two weeks away from making his awaited Octagon return and the former UFC double champ is looking like an absolute destroyer.

McGregor, who hasn’t competed since a TKO win over Donald Cerrone last January, will meet lightweight contender Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 on Jan. 23 live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The winner is expected to fight for the undisputed 155-pound title later this year.

Considering this is going to be McGregor’s first action in 12 months fight fans are curious what they’ll see when “Notorious” squares off with “Diamond” for a second time. Despite the lengthy layoff and 2020 campaign that never took off McGregor is primed for his return in two weeks.

The former UFC champion has been posting training camp photos and videos for months, but his most recent social media submission really unveils his physical makeup heading into UFC 257. Check out McGregor’s recent Instagram post below, which shows just how jacked “Notorious” is for his next outing.

Say what you will about McGregor’s personality, actions outside of the cage, and general inactivity over the past couple of years, the Irish superstar always prepares like hell for a fight when he has one booked. Poirier is likely ramping up his own efforts as well, but this 2021 version of McGregor looks downright scary.

I guess “Notorious” really is in the best shape of his life.
