This point-of-view video of Francis Ngannou hitting pads is as scary as you’d think

There’s no denying Francis Ngannou is one of the scariest human beings on the planet (and also one of the nicest), especially if he’s standing across from you with boxing gloves on.

The UFC heavyweight has built a frightening reputation through his devastating knockouts he’s delivered time and time again. Although only few people will ever get the experience of standing across from Ngannou (15-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) in the cage, we can at least get a glimpse thanks to his coach at Xtreme Couture, Eric Nicksick.

Nicksick captured a video training Ngannou and hitting pads in the cage from a point-of-view angle – and it’s pretty wild.

Ngannou is set to return to the cage March 27 at UFC 260. He’ll be fighting for the heavyweight title in a rematch against champion Stipe Miocic. Ngannou is on a four-fight winning streak with all victories coming by first-round stoppage.
