McGregor Stares Down Poirier At UFC 257 Presser

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held a special pre-fight press conference earlier today (Thurs., Jan. 21, 2021) in advance of the UFC 257 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which features the lightweight rematch between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier inside Etihad Arena on “Fight Island” in Abi Dhabi, UAE.

McGregor already holds a win over Poirier from the UFC 178 event more than six years back, when both combatants were trying to make a name for themselves at 145 pounds. No question they’ve each evolved since then … but enough to change the result on Jan. 23? That’s just one of many questions heading into UFC 257.
