Former UFC star and “Dancing With The Stars” runner-up Paige VanZant raised eyebrows last August when she decided to enter the world of bare-knuckle boxing after signing a contract with Bare Knuckle FC.

Now we’re just days away from VanZant’s promotional debut at BKFC: KnuckleMania on Friday in Lakeland, Fla., where she’ll fight Britain Hart. Ever since her decision to transition from MMA to bare-knuckle, VanZant has faced doubters who don’t believe something as bloody and brutal is the right fit for such a pretty face (their words, not ours), but she’s ready to prove everyone wrong.
