Jim Miller vs. Joe Solecki joins UFC Fight Night on April 10

A grappler’s delight is headed to UFC Fight Night on April 10.

Jim Miller (32-15 MMA, 21-14 UFC) will take on Joe Solecki (10-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) at a location and venue to be announced.

Two people with knowledge of the matchup informed MMA Junkie of the booking Tuesday but asked to remain anonymous since the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.

Miller, who’s tied with Donald Cerrone for most fights in UFC history at 36, has won three of his past five, all by of submission. He was scheduled to face Bobby Green at UFC 258 in February, but the fight was scrapped when Green collapsed after the weigh-ins.

Solecki is 2-0 in the UFC since earning his contract on Dana White’s Contender Series in July 2019. He scored a unanimous decision win over Matt Wiman, then had a first-round submission of Austin Hubbard at UFC on ESPN 15 in August 2020.
