Bellator 255 weigh-in results (9 a.m. ET)
UNCASVILLE, Conn. – MMA Junkie is on scene and reporting live from Thursday’s official Bellator 255 fighter weigh-ins, which kick off at 9 a.m. ET (6 a.m. PT).
The weigh-ins take place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. The same venue hosts Friday’s event, which has a main card on Showtime and MMA Junkie following prelims on MMA Junkie.
Among those weighing in are lightweight and featherweight champion Patricio Freire (31-4 MMA, 19-4 BMMA), who puts his 145-pound title on the line in a rematch against Emmanuel Sanchez (20-4 MMA, 12-3 BMMA). That fight also is a semifinal bout in Bellator’s ongoing featherweight tournament. The winner will move on to the final to meet A.J. McKee.
