Marvin Vettori won his second consecutive UFC main event Saturday when he shut down Kevin Holland for five rounds in the UFC on ABC 2
headliner.
Vettori (17-4-1 MMA, 7-2-1 UFC) put his sizable grappling advantage to use and worked Holland (21-7 MMA, 7-4 UFC) for five rounds for a unanimous decision at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. He called for a title shot afterward, pointing to his five-fight winning streak as the reason he should get middleweight champion Israel Adesanya next.
