Former UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt will look to win his second straight for the first time in over four years when he throws hands with No. 3-ranked contender Rob Font in the UFC Vegas 27 bantamweight main event at APEX in Las Vegas.

Garbrandt (12-3), who returned to form with a knockout win over Raphael Assuncao at UFC 250 in June 2020, initially opened as the betting underdog but has recently pulled even across several sportsbooks, depending on where you shop.

FanDuel, for example, has both combatants at -120 for their May 22 headliner.

Font (18-4) has quietly assembled a three fight win streak dating back to summer 2018. His last appearance ended with a technical knockout victory over former bantamweight champion Marlon Moraes at UFC Vegas 17.

UFC Vegas 26 will also feature the strawweight battle between Carla Esparza (+140) and Yan Xiaonan (-170). Elsewhere on the card, heavyweight hurter Justin Tafa (-200) goes to war with Jared Vanderaa (+170).
