UFC lightweight veteran Frank Camacho was forced to withdraw from his upcoming UFC 263 showdown opposite Matt Frevola following a car crash in Los Angeles, prompting matchmakers to tap LFA import Terrence McKinney for this weekend’s event.

Marcel Dorff first reported news of Camacho’s withdrawal while Frevola’s opponent change came by way of MMA Junkie.

Camacho (22-9) was not seriously hurt, according to the report, but will be forced to wait just a little bit longer before working his way back into the win column. “The Crank” has dropped two straight and four of his last five.

McKinney (10-3), meanwhile, has won three in a row — all by way of knockout — but his UFC debut won’t be an easy one. Despite dropping a recent decision to Arman Tsarukyan, Frevola (8-2-1) is a battle-tested veteran with solid skills in every department.

UFC 263 will be headlined by the middleweight title fight between Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori. Prior to that 185-pound collision, Deiveson Figueiredo puts his 125-pound strap on the line against top-ranked flyweight contender Brandon Moreno.
