Claressa Shields was tested in her MMA debut, but is now undefeated in two combat sports disciplines.
Shields (1-0), an undefeated multi-division champion boxer and Olympic gold medalist, won her professional MMA debut at 2021 PFL 4 with a third-round TKO victory over Brittney Elkin.
Although Shields has more work to do to keep from being put on her back inside the cage, that did not stop the fantasy matchmakers from pitting her skills against Kayla Harrison’s, a fellow gold medal-winning Olympian.
Is it possible for Shields to put in enough work in training to be able to stop Harrison from bringing a potential fight to the canvas? How long would it take? Is this matchup even a realistic possibility?
