Dustin Poirier, Conor McGregor set for UFC 264 press conference on Thursday

The momentum toward the UFC 264 trilogy bout between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor will kick into high gear beginning with Thursday’s news conference.

UFC officials recently announced Poirier (27-6 MMA, 19-5 UFC) and McGregor (22-5 MMA, 10-3 UFC) will get in front of media and fans ahead of their anticipated lightweight rubber match to answer questions and participate in their first pre-fight faceoff.

UFC president Dana White will host the press conference festivities, which takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas – the same venue that will host the loaded fight card – beginning at 8 p.m. ET. It is free and open to the public.

MMA Junkie will provide a live stream for the press conference as the ball keeps rolling toward UFC 264, where Poirier and McGregor will likely clash for the final time after each man picked up a knockout win in the first two bouts of the series.

UFC 264 is Saturday and airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
