Jake Paul and Tyron woodley have a date, city and weight class solidified for their grudge boxing match.

Most of the details for the blood feud boxing match between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley have been finalized.

Paul vs. Woodley will take place at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH on Sun., Aug. 22 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT via Showtime pay-per-view (PPV), Showtime announced in a press release. The venue hosts the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland is Paul’s hometown.

The professional boxing match between YouTuber Paul (3-0, boxing) and debuting former UFC Welterweight champion Woodley (19-7-1, MMA) will be contested at 190-pounds. Woodley has competed at 170-pounds for the entirety of his professional mixed martial arts career. Also on the card is a fight between unified featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano vs. Yamileth Mercado.

“I grew up going to Cavs, Browns and Indians games on the weekends, dreaming as a little kid of one day being in a position to put on a show for my hometown like they did,” Paul said. “On August 29, that dream comes true. My biggest challenge to date, in front of the city that made me, on pay per view for the world to see me knock out a UFC champion. I’m also thrilled to have Amanda Serrano on this card. She stands out as the most prolific KO artist in women’s boxing. What a night this is going to be!”

“I’m a grown-ass man,” said Woodley. “I don’t play games with kids. They brought me in to take the trash out. You’re welcome!”

Paul and Woodley have been at odds since the lead-up to Paul’s pro boxing match against Woodley’s dear friend, “Funky” Ben Askren. Paul fed Askren a first-round knockout.

Tickets for the live event will be available for purchase on Thursday, July 22, at RocketMortgageFieldHouse.com.

Woodley wrapped up his UFC career on the heels of four consecutive losses — to Vicente Luque, Colby Covington, Gilbert Burns and Kamaru Usman — dating back to Mar. 2, 2019. His resume of wins includes UFC Welterweight title fights against Darren Till, Demian Maia, Stephen Thompson and Robbie Lawler. “T-Wood” also beat Kelvin Gastelum, Carlos Condit, Josh Koscheck and Paul Daley.
