Gabriel Benitez wants to mix featherweight, lightweight fights after UFC on ESPN 26

LAS VEGAS – Gabriel Benitez is in shape and focused for his matchup with Billy Quarantillo at UFC on ESPN 26.

After missing weight in his previous outing, Benitez (22-8 MMA, 6-4 UFC) said everything is in line going into his featherweight bout with Quarantillo (15-3 MMA, 3-1 UFC) on Saturday at the UFC Apex. The card airs on ESPN.

Ahead of his return to the octagon, Benitez spoke to MMA Junkie and other reporters at Wednesday’s UFC on ESPN 26 media day.
