Kamaru Usman’s double-up tour continues when he rematches Colby Covington at UFC 268.

Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington will run back their blood feud at UFC 268 in November.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President, Dana White, broke the news to Brett Okamoto of ESPN, the promotion’s official broadcast partner. No specific date or venue has been finalized; however, White said the event will take place in New York. MMA Junkie subsequently reported that a Nov. 6, 2021, booking at Madison Square Garden appears to be in UFC’s sights.

Usman (19-1) is undefeated dating back to his second professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fight back in May 2013. His UFC Welterweight championship legacy is marked by wins over Jorge Masvidal (twice), Gilbert Burns, Covington and Tyron Woodley. He most recently knocked out Masvidal in the second round (watch here) of their clash at UFC 261 on April 24.

Covington (19-2) is 4-1 in his last five fights with the lone loss coming via fifth-round technical knockout in a competitive fight against Usman (watch here) at UFC 245 in Dec. 2019. Most recently, “Chaos” beat Woodley via fifth-round TKO (injury) on Sept. 19, 2020. His hit list includes Robbie Lawler, dos Anjos and Demian Maia.

No other fights have been booked nor reported for UFC 268 at this time.
