Jake Paul thinks it’s time for NFL veteran and Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow to transition to boxing.

While Tyron Woodley continues his crusade for a rematch against Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-professional boxer appears to set his sights on Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow.

In the aftermath of Paul’s latest boxing bout, questions have been swirling about who he will fight next. Paul (4-0 in boxing) defeated Woodley (19-7-1 in MMA, 0-1 in boxing) via a split decision (watch highlights here) in Showtime Boxing’s pay-per-view (PPV) headliner last night (Sun., Aug. 29, 2021). The event took place inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

While Paul goes back-and-forth in the media with the likes of former two-division Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) champion Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal, one name on his mind appears to be National Football League (NFL) star Tebow.

“Aye, @TimTebow. I think it’s time for you to get into boxing?!” Paul wrote Wednesday on Twitter.

The callout comes one day after Paul teased his retirement. If Paul were to step away at the tender age of 24, he would conclude his professional boxing career with an undefeated (4-0) record. He earned consecutive (technical) knockouts against fellow Internet personality AnEsonGib, former NBA player Nate Robinson and former UFC fighter Ben Askren (watch here). His most recent bout was the split decision against Woodley.
