On Labor Day in the U.S., Bellator wants to make sure none of us push ourselves too hard.

So the promotion did the work for us and compiled a killer highlights video of the best head-kick knockouts in Bellator history. And believe us when we say: Nothing about watching the fighters on the wrong side of these kicks is not going to entice you to take a holiday weekend nap.

The highlights include:

  • Bellator 48: Pat Curran’s finish of Marlon Sandro gave him his second featherweight tournament title.
  • Bellator 76: Eddie Alvarez shut down Patricky Freire on his road back to the lightweight title.
  • Bellator 91: Ed West took out Josh Montoya with a kick – but check out the three punches he landed in succession before Montoya even could hit the canvas.
  • Bellator 189: Mandel Nallo needed just 18 seconds to stop Alec Williams in his Bellator debut.
  • Bellator 203: In Italy, Michele Martignoni stopped Simone D’Anna in just six seconds.
