HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Watch Vitor Belfort workout in front of the media ahead of his boxing bout against Evander Holyfield.
The former UFC champion laced up and showed off his boxing skills at Wednesday’s open workouts at the Heavyweight Factory in South Florida.
Belfort takes on Holyfield in a professional heavyweight boxing bout in the main event of Triller Fight Club Legends II on Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The Brazilian was supposed to fight Oscar De La Hoya in Los Angeles, but the fight was moved to Florida after De La Hoya tested positive for COVID-19 and was replaced by Holyfield.
This is the second time Belfort competes in boxing, as he spent most of his combat sports career in MMA competing under the UFC banner. The 44-year-old last fought in 2018 when he lost to Lyoto Machida via TKO.
