Brittney Palmer doesn’t want run as UFC octagon girl to end any time soon

LAS VEGAS – For 16 years, Brittney Palmer has strolled around the UFC octagon letting fans know what round fights are in. If she has it her way, that will continue for the foreseeable future.

Palmer, 34, made her debut as a UFC octagon girl in 2005. And while she has other career opportunities, she said she still loves what she does for the UFC.

“Dana’s gonna have to drag me by my hair,” Palmer said jokingly, before continuing on. “Who knows? I just kind of live today, and today I’m working for UFC. So we’ll see.”

MMA Junkie senior reporter Mike Bohn caught up with Palmer on the red carpet prior to her winning “Ringcard Girl of the Year” at the 13th annual World MMA Awards.
