UFC vet Tom Breese signs with Levels Fight League, headlines March 13 event

Tom Breese has a new fighting home following an eight-fight UFC career.

Breese (12-3) has signed with the Netherlands-based Levels Fight League organization and will headline LFL 4 on March 13. The Brit is slated to take on David Ramirez (8-4) in a middleweight contest, which is set to stream on LFLMMA.com.

MMA Junkie verified the booking with a person close to the situation, who requested anonymity because an announcement has yet to be made.

Breese, 30, made his final octagon appearance in January 2021, suffering a second-round submission loss to Omari Akhmedov at UFC on ESPN 20. After winning his first three UFC fights, Breese would go on to alternate wins and losses over his final five.

The story of Breese’s UFC run was ultimately bout delays and cancelations. He had seven contests scratched during his stint, including “medical issues” that pulled him on fight day in July.

Breese will attempt to turn the tide against Ramirez, who scored a 35-second TKO win in the LFL 3 main event in October.
