UFC free fight: Jack Hermansson gets back on track, outworks Edmen Shahbazyan

Jack Hermansson has been up and down his past few fights. Saturday, he takes on an opponent who has been all up of late.

Hermansson (22-6 MMA, 9-4 UFC) headlines UFC Fight Night 200 on Saturday against Sean Strickland (24-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC) at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Strickland has won five straight fights and is more than a 2-1 favorite in the middleweight showdown.

Hermansson had a four-fight winning streak in 2018-2019. But a loss to Jared Cannonier started a run of alternating wins and losses for four fights.

His most recent time out, though, was one of those wins. Against Edmen Shahbazyan in May 2021, Hermansson handled things on the way to a trio of 29-27 scores to get back on track.
