HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Luis Palomino has been around the block a little bit in a lengthy combat sports career.
But Palomino’s opponent at BKFC Knucklemania 2, Martin Brown, thinks Palomino hasn’t been in there against someone like him.
“We’ve still got a lot of questions we haven’t answered with Palomino,” Brown told MMA Junkie. “… Those questions are going to get answered when you’re in there with me. … He knows he’s dealing with a different animal.”
Brown fights champion Palomino for BKFC’s lightweight title at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
Brown, who has fought for Bellator and Titan FC, said he’s not surprised he’s fighting for a belt.
“Every promotion I’ve ever fought for, I’ve been in title contention – so I knew this was coming,” Brown said. “In the end of this, I’m going to walk out of this a winner and it’s going to be back to doing what I always do.”
