Romero Cotton glad to finally be back with Bellator 276 quick finish after lengthy layoff

ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Romero Cotton had a point at which he wondered if there was going to be light at the end of the tunnel.

Cotton dealt with injuries, then a bout of COVID-19, and consequently had been on the sidelines since December 2020 until he returned at Bellator 276. Cotton (6-0 MMA, 6-0 BMMA) took out Freddy Sandoval (5-7-1 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) in less than 100 seconds to stay unbeaten at Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo.

Cotton spoke to MMA Junkie and other media members after the fight and broke down his win over Sandoval and what he wants next.
