Jake Paul calls out Michael Bisping: ‘If you can get licensed with your one eye,’ I’d love to fight you

Jake Paul has turned his attention to another former UFC champion, this time one who’s retired.

Paul and Michael Bisping have been going back-and-forth on social media, but it appears the YouTube star is now making a formal offer to box the UFC Hall of Famer.

“I get why he’s mad at the new kid on the block, whatever, talking all this sh*t,” Paul said in a video posted to his social media. “When he looks at his bank account, guys, you may not know this, but he only sees half of it, so he really thinks he made half of that amount of money since he only has one eye, but the eye jokes are not funny. (Eye) truly don’t think it’s funny. (Eye) think it’s mean. And (eye) am sorry.”

“Now Michael, I am not just the type of person to talk sh*t without backing it up, so if you can get licensed with your one eye and old ass and all that crazy sh*t you got going on, I would love to fight you. Let’s see if that championship that you won and all the respect you have from the fight community can really get you through a boxing match with me, because I bet it can’t. I will whoop your old ass.”

Bisping claimed that it was, in fact, Paul’s team that had reached out to his manager last year. Their trash talk was reignited when Bisping responded “Send location” after noticing that he was part of Paul’s hit list.

Bisping, 43, retired from MMA in May 2018. He last competed in November 2017, a knockout loss to Kelvin Gastelum. The Brit was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2019 and has flourished in his role as a commentator for the company. Bisping has also embarked on an acting career and kept himself busy with his “Believe You Me” podcast and other YouTube content.

Meanwhile, Paul has surprised the masses by scoring knockout wins over former MMA champs Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. After edging out Woodley last August, Paul left no doubt in the rematch when he knocked him out in Round 6 last December.
