JeongYeong Lee closed out Episode 3 of “Road to UFC” in emphatic fashion.
Lee (8-1) made quick work of Xie Bin (8-4) in their featherweight tournament bout on Friday, submitting him in Round 1.
Xie immediately shot for a single leg, but Lee made him pay every bit of the way by throwing brutal elbows and punches. Xie eventually got the takedown, but was met by a slick armbar which forced him to tap in just 36 seconds.

With the win, Lee advanced in the featherweight tournament. The fight took place at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore and streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
