Uriah Hall itching to get his hands on Darren Till: ‘I’m going to expose him. He’s trash’

Uriah Hall’s opinions on fellow UFC middleweight Darren Till haven’t changed.

Months after initial remarks sparked a feud between the two fighters, Hall (17-10 MMA, 10-8 UFC) still thinks little of Till and still wants to fight him. Although the two are booked for separate returns to the octagon – with Hall fighting Andre Muniz at UFC 276 on July 2, and Till fighting Jack Hermansson at UFC Fight Night 208 on July 23 – Hall hopes the UFC books a matchup in the near future.

“He has the crowd fooled. Everyone believes him. It’s stupid,” Hall recently told The Mac Life. “That’s why I want to fight him, because I’m going to expose him. He’s trash. He talks a lot of sh*t and everyone believes him, but they don’t know. I see straight through him.”

Hall hasn’t fought in almost a year. His most recent bout was in July 2021, a unanimous decision loss to Sean Strickland. The defeat put an end to an impressive four-fight winning streak, which included wins over Chris Weidman and Anderson Silva.

Hall said he’s tried to get a fight with Till, but continues to be unsuccessful.

“We reached out so many times, to be like, ‘Yo, what’s up? I’ll come to your country,’” Hall said. “And his crew was like, ‘Yeah, we’ll get back to you,’ but he was hurt, whatever. I’m ready to fight him.

“I see straight through him. I hope Jack (Hermansson) kicks his ass. … I don’t hate him. I just want to kick his ass, but politics. Politics disguises itself these days.”
