UFC on ABC 3 lineup sees multiple withdrawals resulting in new bout on Long Island

UFC on ABC 3 has been hit with a pair of withdrawals that have resulted in a new bout formation.

The “Battle of the Bills” is no more. Billy Quarantillo is out of his UFC on ABC 3 bout vs. Bill Algeo. Additionally, Khusein Askhabov has withdrawn from his fight against Herbert Burns – due to injury.

UFC on ABC 3 takes place July 16 at USB Arena in Elmwood, N.Y. with the main card airing on ABC after prelims on ESPN/ESPN+.

With the two removals, the UFC is targeting the Algeo (15-6 MMA, 2-2 UFC) vs. Burns (11-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC) in a featherweight bout.

Two people with knowledge of the changes confirmed the shuffle to MMA Junkie but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. Algeo first mentioned his new fight booking on his OnlyFans.

With the changes, the UFC on ABC 3 lineup includes:
