With the Thanksgiving holiday taking place in the United States, the past weekend was a slow one in the world of MMA.

However, that only placed a brighter spotlight on PFL, which hosted the lone notable fight card with its 2022 PFL Championships event, where six $1 million season winners were crowned.

Perhaps the most notable of those winners was Larissa Pacheco, who made good on her third chance to beat Kayla Harrison courtesy of a unanimous decision victory to win the women’s lightweight championship.
