Dustin Poirier has updated fans on his staph infection and things are looking bad for the fan favorite.
According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, Poirier “told me it’s staph, but he’s not responding to antibiotics over the last 24 hours. Undergoing further blood work now, hopefully get some answers today.”
Poirier also tweeted that “Shits getting serious” and he’s going on two days in the hospital.
Of course, it couldn’t be a complete news cycle without Conor McGregor piping in with his thoughts.
