UFC pay-per-view prices to increase in 2023

The price of a UFC pay-per-view will increase in 2023 by $5, raising the cost of major UFC events from $74.99 to $79.99. The news was first reported by Adam Stern of the Sports Business Journal on Wednesday.

UFC pay-per-views prices were raised in January from $69.99 to $74.99. Starting with UFC 283 on January 21, the price will be $79.99. ESPN+ became the exclusive provider of UFC pay-per-views in 2019. The price to purchase a UFC numbered event was $59.99 and has increased by $20 under the ESPN+ partnership.

UFC 283 takes place at Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The fight card is headlined by two world title bouts. In the main event, former light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira takes on Jamahal Hill for the vacant 205-pound championship. In the co-main event, former flyweight champions Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno will meet for the fourth time in a 125-pound title unification bout.
