A game changer in the world of sports and entertainment was made official Monday when UFC parent company Endeavor announced it had finalized the purchase of WWE.
Under Endeavor’s ownership, UFC and WWE will be merged into a new publicly traded company. All signs point to the organizations remaining independent in terms of general practices, but the crossover will allow all sorts of syndication in terms of business, promotion, resources and more.
