Bellator 300 Main Card Photo Gallery

The Bellator 300 photo gallery illuminates the event that lived up to all expectations as it delivered a fantastic event for the company’s 300th pay-per-view card. 

Headlining the card, we saw Usman Nurmagomedov retain his lightweight title in a one-sided dominant performance against former champion Brent Primus. The Russian put on a clinic and showed just how well-rounded he is despite being just 25 years old.

Primus was forced to fight off a barrage of unorthodox strikes as well as a nasty ground game from his opponent. Nurmagomedov opened up his arsenal and fired hook kicks, punishing elbows, and clean fundamental attacks which kept the title challenger guessing. After five rounds of domination, the champion improved to 18-0 with a unanimous decision victory. This earned him a spot in the Grand Prix finale where he will meet either Patricky Pitbull or Alexandr Shabliy.

In the co-main event, Cris Cyborg showcased exactly why she is regarded as one of the greatest female mixed martial artists of all time. The South American stunned Cat Zingano just two minutes into the first round with a flurry of right hands as the American was pushing for a takedown. 

It only took Cyborg four minutes total to end this one as she once again caught her opponent rushing in for a takedown. This time, the Brazil native didn’t hold back with her ground and pound, forcing the referee to step in and call an end to the bout. This was the legend’s fifth defense of the Bellator featherweight championship since making her debut in 2020.

Liz Carmouche was tasked with defending her Bellator flyweight title, though Ilima-Lei Macfarlane was ineligible to win gold due to missing weight. After a grueling five-round affair, ‘Girl-Rilla’ proved too much for ‘The Ilimanator’.

Carmouche didn’t let her age slow her down and she delivered a brilliant performance. Just a little over 10 seconds into the final round, the titleholder’s accumulated damage aided her as she delivered a fight-ending leg kick, sending Macfarlane crumbling to the canvas in audible pain.
