Bobby Green has plan to prove his smoking habits to fans

Bobby Green is among the last of a dying breed in mixed martial arts. The outspoken lightweight falls into the same bracket as Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal in terms of the aura he brings to the cage, but despite his age, he’s looking better than ever each time the octagon door closes.

Though his star power is on the rise, fans questioned ‘King’ when he claimed to smoke 15 blunts per day. During a recent appearance on the Jaxxon Podcast hosted by Rampage Jackson, Green revealed his daily smoking habits.

“I smoke weed, but I don’t just smoke weed like, I don’t hit no pins or no joints. I just smoke blunts.” Insisted Green. “I’m smoking 15 of those a day, I’m not talking about the little ones either.”

Many fans spoke out in doubt against the lightweight, but the UFC veteran has an idea of how he can prove himself to those who don’t believe him. Fresh off of a sensational performance on Saturday, Green spoke to the media and gave his plans on how he can prove the amount he smokes each day after hearing people are doubting him.

“What? What? I guess I gotta hop on live and do this. I guess I gotta hop on a live and do this. Holy sh*t. Are you serious? They don’t know that I’m a bad motherf***er.”

Since a number of states began legalizing marijuana, there have been many fighters who openly smoke weed. Nate Diaz is likely the most notable as he has always been open about his marijuana use, but we may have a new king in town. Fans were right to be skeptical of Green’s supposed 15 blunts per day but we’ll have to wait and see if he goes live on social media to it prove to the MMA world.

Whether or not he does have that much marijuana intake, Bobby Green is seemingly still at his very best in the sport at the age of 37. After a decade and a half of fighting inside a cage, the 155er is still delivering masterclass performances. Last time out, he secured a 33-second knockout of Grant Dawson, and now the UFC mainstay and his team have called for a huge fight next.
