Francis Ngannou will make his return to combat sports later this month following his departure from the UFC. ‘The Predator’ will strap on the gloves to make his boxing debut as he approaches his collision course with Tyson Fury.

‘The Gypsy King’ is regarded by many as the greatest heavyweight of his generation and is expected to make easy work of the newcomer. While a one-sided affair is being anticipated, the promotion of the fight has been spectacular and fans are beginning to buy into the thought of a huge upset.

The eagerly-awaited brawl has been given some monstrous promotion thus far. Alongside a recent fight trailer and a surprising music video, Fury vs. Ngannou has turned it up a notch in the advertising aspect of their meeting. The boxing match has now promoted their huge ‘Clash of the Titans’ bout on the renowned Las Vegas Sphere.

Despite being announced in 2018, the Sphere’s construction was put on hold indefinitely due to Covid-19 complications. The state-of-the-art facility finally opened on September 29, 2023, and has been a staple of Nevada ever since.

As the promotion for the fight is beginning to ramp up, fans who are in the dark are beginning to ask when the two powerhouses will collide in the ring.

Francis Ngannou will get the chance to put all of his hard work into action and prove the doubters wrong when he steps into the squared circle as a heavy underdog on October 28. His meeting with Tyson Fury will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will headline a card featuring several other notable boxers.

While Fury vs. Ngannou won’t be for any official belt, there will be gold on the line during the event. Undefeated titans Fabio Wardley and David Adeleye will battle it out for the British heavyweight title. Former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker will also be featured, where he will welcome Canadian knockout artist Simon Kean into the ring.
