Ryan Stuns UFC Pals With Hairless Makeover

“Hi, my name is Gordon Ryan, and I’m 28 years old.”

No-gi grappling icon Gordon Ryan will be a special guest at the upcoming UFC Fight Pass Invitational on Sat., Dec. 9, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada, though you might not recognize “King” if you see him roaming the APEX facility in “Sin City.”

That’s because the 28 year-old Ryan shaved his head and face, transforming himself from Moses in The Ten Commandments to Colby Covington’s bratty kid brother. Not surprisingly, UFC fighters past and present were stunned by the makeover.

Ryan was originally scheduled to compete against Mason Fowler at the UFC Fight Pass Invitational; however, a recent rib injury delayed his return to the mats until 2024. “King” is coming off a submission win over Patrick Gaudio at Who’s Number One? back in early October.
