No. 7-ranked bantamweight contender Yadong Song will defend his spot in the division Top 10 when he collides with No. 15-ranked Chris Gutierrez atop the UFC Vegas 83 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, locked and loaded for this Sat. night (Dec. 9, 2023) at the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Song (20-7-1, 1 NC) has captured four of his last five and is looking to build on his technical knockout win over Ricky Simon at UFC Vegas 72 last April. As for Gutierrez (20-5-2), who also won four of his last five, he’s fresh off a decision win over Heili Alateng in October.
