Michael “Venom” Page is an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter.

Tonight (Sat., Dec. 16, 2023), immediately after UFC 296, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, UFC CEO Dana White announced Page has signed with the promotion and will take on fan-favorite Kevin Holland at UFC 299 on March 16 in Miami, FL.

White also announced Song Yadong vs. Petr Yan, Gilbert Burns vs. Jack Della Maddalena, and Ian Garry vs Geoff Neal will take place at UFC 299.

Page vs. Holland was rumored to be taking place at some point because it leaked while he was on the “Full Send Podcast.” Prior to the leak, White said he was definitely interested in signing the 36-year-old.

“MVP” has been a staple in Bellator for the past 10 years, fighting for the promotion 19 times and challenging for the Welterweight championship once. He will get thrown straight into the deep end like his fellow Bellator alumni Michael Chandler was at UFC 257 as he faces a top 15 Welterweight.

Holland is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Maddalena at Noche UFC and is 2-1 in his last three.

UFC 299 currently looks like this:

  • Sean O’Malley vs. Marlon Vera for the Bantamweight title
  • Gilbert Burns vs. Jack Della Maddalena
  • Kevin Holland vs. Michael Page
  • Jailton Almeida vs. Curtis Blaydes
  • Ian Garry vs. Geoff Neal
  • Song Yadong vs. Petr Yan
  • Maycee Barber vs. Katlyn Chookagian
  • Asu Almabaev vs. CJ Vergara
  • Rafael dos Anjos vs. Mateusz Gamrot
  • Pedro Munhoz vs. Kyler Phillips
  • Lauren Murphy vs. Karine Silva
