Brendan Allen avenged a key loss in his career on Saturday against Chris Curtis in the UFC Fight Night 240 main event.

After Marvin Vettori dropped out of the original headliner due to injury, Allen (24-5 MMA, 12-2 UFC) defeated last replacement Curtis (31-11 MMA, 5-3 UFC) by METHOD at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and in the process achieving redemption on a second-round TKO defeat from December 2021.
