It has been impossible to doubt the motivation of Francis Ngannou as of late. After suffering consecutive losses in 2018 that showed his inexperience, Ngannou has seemingly doubled down on his training efforts and reaped the rewards in the form of three brutal first-round knockouts. Ngannou has always been in better shape than the average Heavyweight, but in the pictures above, the Cameroonian power puncher is leaner and meaner than ever before.
Despite his best attempts to land a second UFC title shot, Ngannou has been forced into a state of purgatory by the logjam that is Stipe Miocic vs. Daniel Cormier 3. Rather than try to wait for his deserved chance and sit on the sidelines, Ngannou will square off with dangerous knockout artist Jairzinho Rozenstruik on Sat. March 28, 2020 at UFC on ESPN 8 inside the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
Another knockout victory would make it even more difficult to deny “The Predator.”
