UFC 249 behind-the-scenes: Follow Bryce Mitchell as he farms, trains and prepares to eat … rabbits?

Bryce Mitchell is one of a kind.

Fight fans have seen his fighting abilities, his intriguing interviews and his hilarious tweets. We’ve even seen a pair of his bloody boxer shorts after he tangled his scrotum in a power drill. Yeah, sorry (not sorry) for reminding you.

Ahead of UFC 249, the featherweight fighter and his former roommate (and current videographer) Kidron Cannon (of KidCannonTV) have teamed up to provide a behind-the-scenes look at Mitchell’s day-to-day as he prepares for a fight in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

From farming, to ranting about “commies” in the government, to his future plans of raising rabbits to eat, Mitchell shows his true personality. Viewers are also introduced to Mitchell’s girlfriend, training partners, coaches and more of his closest confidants.

Mitchell (12-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) fights May 9 against Charles Rosa (12-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) at UFC 249. The fight is expected to stream on ESPN/ESPN+ prelims. The main card is expected to stream on pay-per-view.
