Dolly Throwing Conor Calls ‘Art Of Ambush’ The Best Technique

Set Number: X162211 TK1

Conor McGregor once whipped out his favorite MMA technique on a bus full of UFC fighters.

Conor McGregor’s most effective mixed martial arts (MMA) technique goes hand-in-hand with a dolly.

McGregor (22-6) took to Twitter on Sunday night and offered to answer fan questions. One user asked “The Notorious” one to name his most effective martial art. McGregor’s response was out of the box and through the bus window.

“The art of ambush,” he replied. “It is what the McGregor clan where known/feared most for. Ambush! Our motto is ‘ard choile’ which means ‘to the high wood.’ It is where we came down from, the high woods, and where we returned to when the enemy was no more. Outnumbered but never outsmarted.”

McGregor and his accomplices invaded UFC 223 fight week in Brooklyn, New York in April 2018. He threw a dolly through a bus window causing injuries to UFC fighters Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg.

McGregor is coming off a technical knockout (TKO) doctor stoppage loss (watch here) to rival Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 on Sat., July 10. The fight was stopped at the end of the first round, shortly after the Irishman’s leg broke.

The former two-division Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) champion has lost consecutive fights to Poirier. Prior to that, he beat Donald Cerrone via first-round head kick and punches at UFC 246 in Jan. 2020.
