Marvin Vettori was awarded a Performance of the Night bonus after his first-round submission of Karl Roberson last June in Las Vegas.
Vettori faces Paulo Costa in the UFC Vegas 41 main event on Saturday in a bout that had big implications in the middleweight division. Costa enters the bout ranked No. 2 in the 185-pound division and Vettori ranked No. 5.
Both are coming off losses to champion Israel Adesanya and only one will remain in the title contention after Saturday.
