Video: Usman Shoves Covington, Dana Spooked At Staredown

The UFC 268 staredown got physical when Kamaru Usman pushed opponent Colby Covington during their face off,

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White had a scare after UFC Welterweight champion Kamaru Usman shoved Colby Covington at the UFC 268 pre-fight press conference staredown.

The UFC 268 pre-fight press conference took place on Thurs., Nov. 4 at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT in New York City. The event precedes UFC 268: “Usman vs. Covington 2”, taking place inside Madison Square Garden in NYC on Sat., Nov. 6 via ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV).

Usman was respectful early into the press conference; however, Covington immediately took shots at Usman’s family — particularly his father’s served prison time.

White stood between Usman and Covington when they faced off at the end of the event, but Usman proceeded to aggressively shove Covigton. The UFC boss elected a yelp in response.
