UFC 288 video: Aljamain Sterling, Henry Cejudo exchange words at press conference faceoff

NEWARK, N.J. – Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo finally came face-to-face in a formal setting on Thursday when they engaged in a heated faceoff at the UFC 288 pre-fight press conference.

Reigning champion Sterling (22-3 MMA, 14-3 UFC) will attempt to make a fourth consecutive title defense on Saturday when he puts his belt on the line against former two-division champion Cejudo (16-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC), who returns from a three-year retirement and never lost any of his belts in the cage.

There’s been a long history of animosity between Sterling and Cejudo, and their feelings toward each other were clear both during the press conference and afterward at the staredown.
