Parker Porter vs. Josh Parisian added to UFC’s Nov. 28 fight card

A heavyweight matchup is the latest addition to the UFC’s Nov. 28 lineup.

The UFC has added Parker Porter (10-6 MMA, 0-1 UFC) vs. Josh Parisian (13-3) to the lineup for the event. No location or name designation has been announced for the event at this time.

MMA Junkie confirmed the booking with two people with knowledge of the situation. The people requested anonymity because the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.

Porter, a CES MMA and Bellator veteran, was stopped by Chris Daukaus in his UFC debut last week. Winner of two of his past three, eight of Porter’s 10 career wins have come via stoppage.

The third time was the charm for “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 28 alum Parisian, who finally earned a UFC contract when he took out Chad Johnson in Round 1 at Dana White’s Contender Series 29 earlier this week. It was his second stint at DWCS, and this time a win secured him a contract.

With the addition, the latest Nov. 28 lineup includes:

  • Curtis Blaydes vs. Derrick Lewis
  • Norma Dumont vs. Ashlee Evans-Smith
  • Josh Parisian vs. Parker Porter
