UFC 255 Medical Suspensions

UFC 255 injuries and medical suspensions were submitted to MixedMartialArts.com earlier today for those athletes competing at the “Figueiredo vs. Perez” pay-per-view (PPV) event this past weekend (Sat., Nov. 21, 2020) from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

Not surprisingly, a fair share of combatants were handed mandatory timeouts, including flyweight headliner Alex Perez, who could be out of action until next May. Same goes for 125-pound bruiser Brandon Royval, thanks to his removable shoulder.

Just a quick reminder: Fighters often return to action much quicker once doctors give them the green light. The lengthy suspensions are just a precaution in most cases. In addition, not all injuries are recorded during the post-fight examination and often times surface in follow-up tests.
