Michael Bisping: I hope Evander Holyfield ‘beats the f*ck out of’ Vitor Belfort

Michael Bisping won’t be rooting for Vitor Belfort in his return to the boxing ring.

Belfort takes on former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield at “Triller Fight Club: Legends 2” on Saturday in Hollywood, Fla., and Bisping would like nothing more than to see Holyfield take out his former foe.

“I hope Evander beats the f*ck out of him,” Bisping said on his “Believe You Me” podcast. “That’s all I’m going to say. I’m not going to go into a technical analysis. God knows what Vitor’s been doing. We knew he had good boxing, we knew he had fast hands, we knew he could pack a punch.”

He continued, “I f*cking hope so. I would take great pleasure in that. I don’t give a f*ck what you say, he (Belfort) was on juice, and he beat me fair and square. When people beat me in the past, I don’t harbor a grudge, I wish them all the best. … He’s just a piece of sh*t. I don’t give a f*ck. I hope Evander batters him.”

Bisping, who suffered a detached retina in a head-kick knockout loss to Belfort in 2013, was left with hampered vision for the rest of his career. Bisping could no longer see out of his right eye and uses a prosthetic eyeball. Bisping is adamant that Belfort, who tested positive for elevated testosterone levels in the past, has always used performance-enhancing drugs, which is why he doesn’t respect him.

Despite that, the Brit was able to realize his dream of becoming UFC champion essentially on one eye, but that won’t stop him from poking fun at Belfort, who appears to be in incredible shape heading into Saturday.
