Ciryl Gane will have a brand new facility to prepare in for the biggest fight of his career.

Gane (10-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC), the UFC’s interim heavyweight champion, is set to unify his belt with heavyweight champ Francis Ngannou (16-3 MMA, 11-2 UFC) in the main event of UFC 270 on Jan. 22.

Both Gane and Ngannou were brought up under the tutelage of head coach Fernand Lopez, who recently debuted a brand new facility in the French capital.

The facility, which is sponsored by Venum, the UFC’s official partner for fight kits, features a full-size cage, a ring, grappling mats, a weight-lifting area, a Venum boutique, strength and conditioning areas, and more.
